F&F Machine Specialties

With input from key Customers, F&F Machine Specialties' QMS has evolved
beyond the scope of the ISO9001 requirements over the years.
Proudly, in the summer of 2009, we became certified
to the ISO13485:2003 Standard and the ISO9001:2008 revision.
Our Quality Group at F&F Machine Specialties represents a convergence of
experiences in different industries assimilating the best practices in
each to assure only the best are used in our pursuit of Customer Satisfaction.

Our comprehensive Quality Assurance and Control programs
utilize the latest in inspection equipment and techniques.
We work with our Customers and Suppliers in developing processes
and controls using statistical techniques, process capability assessments,
process validations (IQ,OQ,PQ), root cause analysis, Gage R&R,
Control Plans, PFMEAS and mistake proofing. Many of our Customers enjoy
our Certified Supplier status allowing our product to ship directly to stock
without any Incoming Inspection requirements.
